How do I receive my ticket after purchase?

We offer several convenient options to make your ski day start as smoothly as possible:

  • Print@home Ticket: Right after your purchase, you’ll receive a QR code via email. Simply scan it at the gate – either printed or directly from your smartphone. Quick, easy, and paperless!
  • Pick-Up: You’ll receive a pick-up code by email, which you can use to collect all booked tickets easily at our ticket machines or cash desks at the valley stations.
  • Reload KeyCard:  Simply reload it online using the card number (01-1614...) printed on the back – and head straight to the slopes without waiting in line.
  • Smartphone Ticket: Activate your ski pass directly in the Zell am See-Kaprun App and use your smartphone with Bluetooth as your ticket to the mountain.

Is there a discounted price?

Various discounts (groups, invalids, etc.) are available only at the cash desks with appropriate proof.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

The purchase of multiple tickets (cable car or boat) in one order is possible. The data of the tickets are linked and stored on "My account". Likewise, the administration of the tickets is done on "My account" and the already registered data like Name, keycard number, etc. will be available for the next order.

Are dogs allowed in cable cars?

Yes, it is allowed to bring dogs. A ticket must be purchased. All dogs are required to wear a leash and muzzle, these can be purchased at the valley stations for a fee.

What payment options do I have when I purchase online?

You have the option to pay online with Master, Visa, Amex or debit card as well with applePay. Please make sure that your credit card is registered for 3D-Secure, otherwise the payment cannot be completed in the online shop. The 3D-Secure protects your credit card payments in online stores. If you still have a card without 3D-Secure, please contact your bank or card issuer.

I lost my ticket or forgot it at home. What should I do?

All orders are listed in our account of Schmitten-Onlineshop. There you can find the booking confirmation anytime.

Do multi-day ski passes have to be used on consecutive days?

Yes, multi-day ski passes are valid on consecutive days. There are also the flexible tickets 5 in 7 days or 10 in 14 days, where you can choose the ski days yourself within this amount of days.

Where do I find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the back side. (01-1614.....)

What is the cancellation guarantee?

With our optional cancellation guarantee, you can book your ski pass online with complete peace of mind – Cancellation guarantte for just EUR 3.00/EUR 5.00 / EUR 8.00 per ski pass validity period

Simply add the money-back guarantee during the ordering process, and you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method — no questions asked — if you cancel your ski pass up to 1 day before the first valid day.

Can i cancel individual tickets?

No, only the entire order can be cancelled.
