Please note: To use smartphone tickets, each person must have their own smartphone. If, for example, a family purchases an annual or seasonal pass for everyone, each person must save their own ticket on their own smartphone.
How it works:
1) Download the Zell am See-Kaprun app onto your mobile phone
You can find the Zell am See-Kaprun app for iOS in the App Store and for Android in the Google Play Store.
2) Buy your desired ticket
3) Load your ticket into the app
Either via QR Code scan or with the direct download link of the online shop confirmation. Follow the activation instructions.
💡 Note: Smartphones from HUAWEI, OPPO, and ONEPLUS are not compatible and cannot be used with smartphone tickets.
