 Please note the following information for the best possible user experience:

1) Download the Key2Ski app onto your mobile phone.

2) Buy your desired ticket

3) Load your ticket into the app
Either via QR code scan from the app or with the direct download link of the online shop confirmation.
ATTENTION: Only one scan is possible per QR code!
- Huawei, Oppo and OnePlus smartphones are unfortunately not compatible
If you buy 2 tickets for 2 people at the same time, each person must load their ticket onto their mobile phone.

  • General important information:
    activate ticket and grant all autorisations
    activate bluetooth
    key2ski app active in the background
    check your battery power
    do not carry a keycard (old/expired keycards could interfere with the signal)
    Always carry your smartphone on the left side

  • The Ski ALPIN CARD is your access to 3 top ski resorts: Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn | Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See | Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun
  • Photo required for skipasses from 8 days. Only upload.
  • Multi-day ski passes are valid on consecutive days – breaks or rest days are not possible.
  • Ski passes can already be used from 3:00 PM on the day before their first valid day (except for choice subscriptions, discounted tickets, and special daily offers).
  • Children born in 2020 or later ski for free when accompanied by an adult. The free ski pass is available at the cash desk (photo and personal ID required).

    You will receive your ticket after ordering:
  • At the pick-up machines located at all valley stations or
  • Recharge it onto an existing keycard - direct access
