Snowshoe hike with 360° panorama

every Wednesday between 01.01.2025 - 12.03.2025

Description

Every Wednesday (between 01.01.2025 and 12.03.2025), we set off with our snowshoes, accompanied by an experienced mountain guide, for an unforgettable hike from the summit of Schmittenhöhe along the picturesque high promenade towards Sonnkogel.
 The winter hiking trail delights with spectacular views of the sparkling, snow-covered mountain landscape and the bright blue Zeller See.

Our destination is Schrambachkopf, where the impressive artwork "Opfertisch oder ein Halleluja" awaits us. After this inspiring encounter, we will continue our descent together towards the cozy Sonnkogel Restaurant or the Sonnkogelbahn.

Practical Information

Meeting point: 9.00 am at valley station Schmittenhöhebahn -  InfoCenter

We recommend sturdy footwear and warm winter clothing for the hike.
Book your snowshoes and poles when you make your reservation. (Please note: snowshoes can only be booked in combination with the guided hike)

In case of cancellation, you will be informed the day before.
